- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Friendly service, but it shouldn't require a 10 minute back-and-forth (while holding up the line) about why a person needs a PO Box. Unfortunately, when one is moving into town from out of state (and buying a home and residing in temporary lodgings) there are letters and forms that need to be dealt with promptly. Some of those can not wait until a person has a "solid" and "free" address in the local area. I do appreciate their trying to save me $26 on the box.
